Although I always considered myself a happy person I always felt as though something was missing from my life. I have found that something, and I have never felt happier or more fulfilled.

I have always considered myself a pretty happy individual. Sure there have been times in life when things did not go exactly well, but I survived those times and felt as though I came through them stronger and I hope more understanding.

The last few years I have felt as though I had reached a place and time in my life where I could live in peace and contentment. I have a loving family, a wonderful husband, good friends, and enough activities in life to keep me busy.

That is why I could never understand why at times I felt a restlessness and boredom, as though there was still something missing from my life. I had it all I kept telling myself. So why did I feel so unfulfilled?

I simply could not come up with any answers. So, instead I would throw myself into my job, into various projects with a determination that was bordered on obsessive. Nothing seemed to work.

Then one day my husband suggested that we try and find someone online to make a little extra cash so we could save up for a long needed vacation. I agreed half halfheartedly, but really did not intend to look. After all, what was I going to do online? Reading emails for a penny per thousand did not really appeal to me and I never believed in those Make a thousand dollar a week ads you see scattered about the net.

Vito however, was determined and he spent several days on line reading every thing on making money on line you could find. He came across several advertisements for writing on line and kept mentioning them to me, telling me I was a great writer and could probably make money doing something like that.

Finally, I agreed to look into it. I knew that I was not going to pay money for the privilege of writing for some site. My theory was that if I was good enough to get published then the company should pay me not me pay them.

So, I began looking for websites that would publish my article and pay me. After a couple of days of searching I found Triond. I signed up and wrote my first article.

To my surprise it was published within hours. I was thrilled and excited. Of course, that first article did not make zilch in the way of real money but it did get a few views and even a couple of comments.

I agree with Joe. It’s better than any other job. Great article! Put this one on your site. Very inspiring!

You echo everything I feel. I wondered how I was going to fill my time when I retired. Triond has more than filled it. Now I often have little time for other activities, but i do enjoy it. A lovely and heartfelt piece.

God bless your hubby (and you too), for his support and encouragement. I also feel that writing is what I must do. This article is very inspiring, put it in your website.

What an inspiration. We never know where our lives will lead us. I had an early birthday dinner with our daughter last night and we were talking about how our lives change. I use to wonder what Craig and I would do once our children left home. We are so busy now we don’t have time to turn around. We ballroom dance, I write and he networks it for me. He tells everyone he is my PR Man. We have a ball just being together. I think for me writing, dancing and my husband complete my life.
