Snoopy is about my sister’s dog. She was a lovable dog and died from cancer in August of 2004.
Snoopy was thirteen years old when she died on August 8, 2004. She had cancer and my sister Roxie had to put her to sleep. Snoopy is never far from my thoughts. Every time I went to visit Roxie, snoopy would be at the door, wagging her tail and jumping on me.
I loved sharing my m&m’s and French fries with her. Roxie taught Snoopy to take a French fry out of your mouth, gently. Snoopy loved to catch a tennis ball and wouldn’t give the ball back to me right away. She loved teasing me.
My sister Becky misses Snoopy because she was Becky’s walking friend. When Becky’s husband died, Snoopy wouldn’t leave Becky’s side. Everywhere that Becky went, Snoopy would follow her.
Snoopy was born on Christmas day and Christmas time is hard for us. Roxie had Snoopy before her daughter Stephanie was born. Stephanie was ten years old when Snoopy died. Snoopy was good-natured and loved little children that Roxie watched in her day care.
Snoopy was black and white and was a Heinz fifty-seven variety with water spaniel and cocker spaniel. We will miss her because she could make you laugh when you needed a good laugh.
