An essay on panic attacks and some measures on how to cope with them that I hope will be of some comfort to other panic attack sufferers.

It is now around six years on from my very first panic attack, am i completely cured?, well to be perfectly honest no, however i would say i am ninety per cent of the way there and i haven’t suffered a major attack in a few years but i do seem to have some anxiety that i didn’t have before six years ago, i know now though that i wont suffer in the same way again , if i feel an attack coming on i welcome it, bring it on whats the worst it can do, remember a panic attack is like a big bully face them head on they don’t no what to do and eventually go away, remember no one has ever died of a panic attack.

If your suffering like i once suffered i hope this article is some use to you, i promise you that things will get better remember you are the master of your own well being and if by reading books and articles like this you still find no relief don’t be afraid to seek professional help, by doing so you will be taking charge of your own health and it is important as a panic attack sufferer to take responsibility for your own actions as its important to feel “enabled” not helpless.   • Don’t fight, Go with the flow
  • Read and study, understand the enemy
  • Seek medical help if you feel you need it
  • Make positive changes to your life

    That is really encouraging but i could never imagine going with the panic attack, that would feel like excepting the feeling of dying.
