Me talking about an alright mushroom mixed with cannabis experience.
Hello, my name is Jeremiah, last week my brother Josiah and I felt that it was time once again to purchase some mushrooms. We both bought forty dollars of “magic mushrooms” each. When we got home we munched on the zoomers while watching t.v. and drinking some soda pop, the dried shrooms had a peculiar taste to them. After we finished our baggies we began our way outside into the carport, we were going to trek through a trail into the forest so that we could relax a bit before the shrooms kicked in.
But it was too late, Josiah, as we stood in the driveway for a brief second, saw two ladies across the street walking on the sidewalk, he began to believe that they were somehow mocking him, and he decided to yell at them from the other side of the road, with a very intense face, “I just ate 4 grams of mushrooms!”. By this point I was backing up and trying to get away from him, knowing that these women were definitely not talking to either one of us. After this hilarious incident we preceded to the forest where we blazed a couple of dry pipe bowls.
An hour after eating the shrooms, they took hold of us, I felt the urge to lie down on the forest floor and gaze up upon the skies. I felt a sortof ”one” with the earth, even though I too laughed at this, there is no better way to describe it. The tree’s limbs looked as if they were stretching, creeping, moving about, floating underwater. Beams of colors would burst through the sunny spaces that filled the earth. If I closed my eyes I could lose myself into the ever growing, glowing shapes and forms that emerged on the backside of my eye lids.
Something else I’ve discovered about mushrooms. They “cut back reality”, that’s what they do; for a period time, at the mushroom’s “peak”, I felt as if my mind could wonder off into an abyss, completely forgetting for a while, everything involving “reality”, forgetting about all the stress, drama, work and everything else included. A few hours later, as the mushroom trip continued (the trip could last 4-8 hours), my mind began to explode into every which direction with blocks and blocks of thought, and I was given the sense that I knew everything about the world : any questions I could answer with ease, as If I had lived a long life and somehow became very, a bit unnaturally, wise. Philosophical a little perhaps, but nothing short of a grade three class essay.
