Back when I was in college, I lived in these quads for a couple of years. At the end of my first year, someone in the complex died of a drug overdose. There were police and ambulance cars everywhere, it was crazy. At the beginning of my second year there, I awoke in the middle of the night, on my side, facing my window. Then I rolled over onto my back and that’s when I saw it. It was a man, early 20’s, dressed in normal by our standard clothes. He standing right next to my bed looking down at me. I was frozen for a while, not like I couldn’t move but I was trying to process what was going on. I think it’s worth mentioning that although I had never seen him before, I wasn’t scared or worried at all. Then I finally forced out, “W-who are you?” and he disappeared before my eyes. I didn’t even blink, he just vanished.
I keep telling myself this was sleep paralysis and that I just hallucinated that entire thing, but then how did I roll over to see him if that’s the case? Also, when I tell people about this they tell me I was probably dreaming or something but I know I wasn’t because I remember it perfectly and remember sitting in bed freaking out about what I just saw.
