This book I wrote is a bridging book to The Crucible.

“There.  That’s were he put it.”  Principal Dorris leaned over the desk, opened it, and to his shock he saw the bag of fresh cocaine lying there.

He looked over to Mr. Hector.

“I’m calling the cops immediately.”  As soon as Principal Dorris made that remark, Principal Ford came in the room.

“I didn’t find anything,” said Principal Ford.  Principal Dorris was confused.

“What’s going on?  The husband has cocaine but the wife doesn’t?” Just then Kary Lauren looked at Principal Dorris.

“The teachers are innocent they have no cocaine.  We set them up so we wouldn’t get in trouble.”  Kary pulled out the cocaine Latasha had from last night.  “See, this is the cocaine Allisa wanted me to put in Mrs. Hector’s desk.”

Allisa was shocked and had to think of something quick. “Kary have you gone crazy?  I didn’t want it to come to this, but I have to tell the truth.” Allisa looked at Principal Dorris.  “Kary is working with the Hectors.  They all supply kids with the cocaine.”

All the girls started to cry.

“Sorry Kary, but it’s for your own good,” said Allisa.

“Wait a second,” said Mr. Hector.  “Allisa, you have no evidence that you are telling the truth.  That cocaine Kary is holding is not hers.”

“I see what your doing Mr. Hector, trying to get all three of you out of trouble, but it won’t work.  Follow me Uncle Dorris, here’s the proof you are looking for.”  Allisa lead everyone to Kary’s locker. “Open it Kary.”

Kary looked at Allisa stupidly and opened her locker.  To everyones surprise, three full bowls of cocaine were staring right at them.  (The night before Latasha and Allisa didn’t go home.  Instead they secretly stashed the three bowls insude Kary’s locker, knowing she was going to crack.)

            “Explain that Kary,” said Allisa.

The next couple months went by, and no one said anything about the incident.  Kary and the Hectors got sentences of three years in jail for selling illegal substances to minors.  Ironically, Allisa got her scholarship taken away from her later in the year anyways, because she got caught cheating on her Calculus final.  Also, the other girls confessed the whole situation after their senior year was over, but unfortunately Allisa was never seen again after she graduated.  This story went down in Crucible High history, and everyone always talked about the selfish girl who accused three innocent people of selling cocaine.
