This is an abstract fictional story that needs to be read..
A protector by nature and a hunter by instinct, emotions take the backseat and logic overrides her senses. Adrenaline shoots through her body giving her inhuman speed and strength. It made its way through her veins like fire licking fuel. Combusting in her brain almost heart stopping. Heightened senses, night vision almost impeccable seemed right to attack. Taking in her surrounding in a swift glance couldn’t help the almost euphoric effect the woods gave her. Nature was her forte and she knew it. It was a high unachievable by any natural means, It was her own high. It took split seconds to run this through and return to focus not sure what her prey was but, she could feel its presence lingering in the air. She closed her eyes, drowned the sounds with silence and listened for the slightest echo that dare rebel the domineering silence.
The trapped worked…The little twerp fell into the trap and like the unsuspecting jaws of death she closed in. Like the speed of light she took a leap into the air landed on her feet almost slipped because she landed in wet mud, she recovered and ran like the wind but stopped as she felt the uncertainty and paused. She knew she was being watched as she tried to gather herself she was attacked not being able to determine her attacker got her feeling more like a prey and that made her mad. She fought harder using techniques mastered by only the strong and the patient. It was almost too easy she prevailed but the element of surprise startled her and little surprises Jade and that disturbed the core of her being. As she moved to devour her insufferable prey she caught her reflection unidentified prey forgotten, she released a gasp and she cautiously approached the moonlit pool…it was nothing she ever expected… The reflection looking back at her didn’t belong to her but she was fixated. Wild hair…fiercely piercing green eyes and fearsomely beautiful but with a hint of inhuman in the air… It was downright scary but a part of her remained firm and flood of familiarity washed over her… she was scared and excited. This was who she was skin unturned. It was all new to her but she never felt happier and then she woke up…
She made her way in the dark for the light switch. Instinctively she looked through the window wondering about her reoccurring nightmares and prayed for the source. She had a pretty decent life actually to be fair she was living her dream.Straight A student throughout high school carried the trend on to college leaving with honours. She became an outstanding paediatrician, recognized as one of the exceptional minds in medicine. She had the life, fulfilled dreams and the icing on the cake was Seth. It was like her path was carved out with perfection which is wildly rare and exceptional. She knew it was unusual but she enjoyed the ride. She couldn’t put her finger on it and hasn’t been able to for a long time. She almost gave up wondering but her curiosity wouldn’t let her be.She tried hard to move on and push the pit feeling to the back of her mind but it slyly made its way back to the fore front of her mind always popping up like a mischievous rash. She starved it by not paying it no attention but it seemed to get stronger and the more she paid attention to it she felt better and that tiny window of relief it gave her finally swayed her to deal with the problem.
Seth the man of her dreams he was carved out exactly the way she liked her men. Seth was a beautiful handsome man. It’s a wonder he’s not narcissistic, striking blue eyes that hid nothing with creases at the sides that showed his good nature. His smile is like the gateway to heaven and not to forget his arms…godlike arms of serene comfort that finds you when you need it the most. As if he’s good looks weren’t enough he had the brains that carried him to the wonderful career of architecture. He was insanely in love with Jade who never understood how such a wonderful man would want her for a life partner. She looked him over and thought it was a dream that was cruelly yanking her by crossing the line and making it seem real.Just thoughts of him filled her with overwhelming love. It was deeper and stronger than anything she’d ever felt she loved Seth to death so much so it defies any logical sense.
He grins baring his immaculate set of teeth. Her heart flipped and she glowed. “Stop staring you making me blush”. He said as a mischievous chuckle followed. He sat upright to wrapped her in his arms and pulled her under the covers. He whispered “Another nightmare sweetie” as he kissed the back of her neck. His kisses melted her reason and she gravitated further in to his embrace. She just wanted to stay there and rest. It was so comforting she couldn’t reply right away. He stroked her hair waiting for her to talk. “Yes and it gets creepier every night. He sighed without a word reached for her face and kissed her gently and it increased in pressure as her breathing and his breathing simultaneously became rapid. She pulled back and smiled then nibbled at his ear and his insides filled with heat and burned slowly but fiercely as he removes the t shit she was wearing with a knowing smile that reached his desire filled eyes.
After 5 years of marriage he still wanted her way he wanted her the first day the met. It was absolutely incredible. It was amazing what he let his heart feel and luckily it took him to the best thing in his life. He couldn’t help praying and thanking God, Buddha, Allah and the rest of the supernatural forces out there for the amazing lady that seemed to be created just for him. He knew it deep in his core and as he looked to the heavens and all he could do was bow his head and said “thanks but boy I must be someone special to whoever is out there”… her laughter rippled through and caused an infectious wave that prompted his own laughter. Jade was infectious that way it was one of the numerous things he loved about her. There were places in his heart no one not even himself has been to but Jade filled it all up and left signs of her residence and he was glad she permanently chose to stay there. She regulates his heart beats with her smile and makes him gasp for air with her touch. She was his heart and soul. They fight boy they fight like rabid dogs, both bullheaded snarling at each other’s throat but they always made up no matter how long it took sometimes even before the sun went down to prepare for its next sighting.
