It was a lovely day to spend in the outdoors on the Chattahoochee.
It’s a beautiful sunny day and it’s hot. We are on the Chattahoochee river at Roswell. The canoes are lined up and ready to go but we pass them by for now. They are brightly colored and easy to see on the river.

We met a couple walking their dogs. These dogs are huge, taller than my waist, and they are still pups.I believe they are Doberman. The owner said they will grow for another 6 or 8 months. They are very friendly, and almost bowled me over. The owner said, they love women.

We strolled along this trail through the woods. Since we were here last, part of the trail has grown over with bushes and briar’s. We will have to take a hatchet next time to clear out the brush.

I had Sarah turn around so I could make her picture and didn’t notice she had her tongue stuck out. She will be scandalized when she sees I included her picture. hehe

The ducks and geese were in their glory. They were parading and swimming. A sign advises “Don’t feed the ducks and geese” so we didn’t.

We were hungry and on our way home we stopped at Pizza Hut. There wasn’t another soul there so we had the place all to ourselves, We ordered pan pizzas and they were delicious.

We have had a lovely day out in the sun with mother nature and now we are back at home. I hope you had a lovely day, too.
