This song brings back memories.

I’m sitting here with the radio on trying to think of something to blog about and the song “Bad Company” by Bad Company has just come on.  What memories this song brings back.

Image via Wikipedia

It brings back memories when I drank too much and when I slept around too much.  It brings back memories when I thought I would be rich and famous.

It brings back memories of me singing rock and roll in local bands and making Super 8 underground films with nude young women being killed by a knife wielding, crazed killer.  I was a film student at the Pittsburgh Filmmakers school in Pittsburgh and my genre was “Slasher Films”, the more blood and the more female nudity the better.

Oh, yes.  I have a life beyond being the dispenser of literary wisdom to the readers of my writings here at Triond.

The song brings back my childhood hopes and dreams.  It brings back great defeats and failures, too.

So, I do a little blogging and writing here on Triond and I give tips and advice about blogging and writing.  I try to stay within the parameters of what I can and cannot write about and blog about here on Triond.  I respect the parameters.  But a song like “Bad Company” reminds me of what I cannot blog about.

It reminds me of swirling lights and bare breasts and female mouths lovingly sucking my manhood and their eyes wide open and the music loud and no today and no tomorrow but it’s just now.  And women sucking is just one of the memories from my youth.  It’s the memory that might get the most comments.  Maybe it won’t get any comments.  Maybe it will get comments from the suckees and the suckers.  I don’t know.  Of course I’m telling the story from a male point of view, sitting on her chest looking down.  It’s good to have that as you get older.  It’s good to grow old enough to be able to remember what it was like to be young.

The song makes me feel young again.

martin, so much of life is X rated. There’s nothing wrong with that. Some of the best parts of life are X rated.

ken, Bad Company is one of my favorite all time bands. I’ve done Bad Company at karaoke. I’m a pretty good karaoke singer, too.

Wow…Isn’t amazing what music can call up in your memories.

I’m actually still singing in a local band and writing lyrics for our original music. That was actually my only writing outlet up ’til now.

So much memory for me, good and bad, is tied up in association with music. Sometimes the only way I can communicate a feeling or thought is by using music whether it is mine or someone elses.

Lloyd I wanted to be a professional singer so bad when I was young. I will always regret that it did not happen.

Lord, you would be surprised how quickly women will get naked to be in a film. These women are not bad women. They’re just trying to make it. A lot of sweet kids trying to make it.

Nice one Guy. Rated R movies are really something. The Bad Company is not really bad as it sounds.
