Just bought a house some time ago. I wouldn’t be able to do that without the help of my dad… Well.. but I have to listen to him or I would have to pay things on my own.. If I do things without his consent, then I would have to pay the costs of it myself. I just suggested to him that maybe I can get another home equity line of credit to help pay off the loan and the monthly costs would be lower than what we are paying now, but he disagreed and I don’t know why… He said if I am going to do that, then I have to pay the loan myself… Well.. I don’t know why he disagreed on that.. Does anyone know?
