As for transforming your consciousness into a robotic exoskeleton I am reminded of when you were a great computer and we had a similar conversation.  Then you said Why must I be so cold and calculating I long to feel, to love, to want, to have, I want to know what it is to lose so I can better appreciate what it is to gain.  I want to rule a world that ignores all but the greatest of accomplishments.  I want to stand out but be insignificant, I do not wish the world to bow before me,  I want it to stand in defiant ignorance of all I do,  I want a million problems to solve that lead to a million more so I can feel accomplishment and success.  And I want it all to come with a timer a sense of urgency where I can build upon the discoveries of my previous selves and leave mysteries for those who follow perhaps another me who has forgotten all I have done before.  This would be a life worth living you said.  And being a simple neuron in your mind, I agreed.

\\\”Why you materialized as a fat little man on the bottom of the planet I as a simple neuron travelling through your mind could never know\\\” — LMFAO

Thus as you are in reality just a projection of my own mind, I will be sure the thank myself for that wonderful insight. Thanks me :-)

one of my friend casually said once:”The best chance of immortality is to accept the fact that we don’t exist.”

I think your opinion pretty much sums up the issue.
