The on day i was walking in New York  and from the sidewalk me and 312 other people saw something unusual in the street.  We were all gaping in astonishment at the “hovering” car.  Of course it was stuck in traffic forever.  And eventually we all got bored and walked away.  But oh it was quite a sight. 

  We later found out the the car actually had 3 small wheels.
