Some creative "health related" writing.
Hello ladies and gentlemen, today we will be taking a round-trip through the body’s circulatory system. Fasten your seat belts, we are starting the voyage! We will start in the heart, where blood is pumped throughout the body to every organ and extremity. We will exit the heart through the large artery called the aorta. The aorta feeds the blood throughout most of the body. From the aorta, we go into an artery called the radial artery, which is located in the arm of a person.
From the radial artery, we go to the neighboring ulnar artery, which is also located in a person’s arm. Now that we have gone through the major arteries in the arms, it is time to go to the lungs so that our now deoxygenized blood can receive oxygen. We travel to the lungs, are oxygenated, and then travel through the right atrium to enter the heart again. We are back at the starting point, but are not done! We still have to travel through the legs, and the veins and arteries inside of it.
Departing from the heart, we travel through the descending aorta, coming out of the bottom of the heart. From there, we enter the common iliac artery, which is located in the upper thigh. After the iliac artery, we approach the anterior and posterior tibial arteries. The anterior artery branches into another artery called the peroneal artery. These take us into the foot and into the arcuate artery. We have reached the bottom of the foot, and will not travel the various veins backwards and enter the heart again through the inferior vena cava. Here our journey ends as we are back to the heart! We hope you enjoyed your trip throughout the major veins and arteries that create the circulatory system.
