Moral corrosion on the executive front.

Who are we being forced to look up to? Better yet, who are we being forced to bow down to? This upper “force” uses scare tactics to get their work accomplished. Threatening guys with families to feed, with their jobs on a daily basis…………Nothing worse than a high-minded bully! Pushing their way up to a structure that is as hollow as hell, and infected with low minded insects.

You know, I guess they just don’t understand. They won’t be fat cats if we can’t eat. How many TV’s and fancy cell phones are we going to buy if we can’t put dinner on our table? How many S.U.V.’s is the auto industry going to sell if you and I can’t buy gas?

How can a company make product when all that is left is the high mucky-mucks who couldn’t take apart a Barbie doll and put it back together again? Our executives are way, way out of line. Without the worker bee they’ve got nothing. No product. No profit! Even the janitor has a special place. A degree to treat people badly is what you have gone to school for. That, and the love of the almighty dollar. Greed though is a cancer in our society, and it’s eating us all a little at a time. The housing market is an excellent view of how the corporate world is killing us.

Your kids deserve to be more than just a “have” or a “have not”! So do you. They deserve to have a shot at the real American dream. The dream of feeling proud that you accomplished something worthwhile. That you helped someone out, and contributed to society instead of stole from it. They deserve to have a dad that teaches them morals, not a dad who laughs at someone’s failing and contributes to their downfall and most of all dares to have an ego at all, seeing as he has fallen under the dung filled executive wagon wheels, groveling for dollars.

So anyway, I’m on the verge of quitting and losing everything, or just putting up with this crap, and losing everything anyway…especially my self esteem.

The bottom line will be to ultimately have my own business, where I can compliment and reward people for being “good” people, and hard workers…..my place can keep their t-shirts and cake, …I have a car payment to make, and you have a baby to feed….Thanks anyways guys, enjoy your 120k a year while it last!
