The first snowfall in Detroit, Michigan in 2008.

You can imagine my excitement when I seen the thin sheets of snow on the cars last night before I retired to bed; I fell asleep with a smile.  Not just a smile of glee, but a smile that symbolizes my appreciation of the glories of Christ.  Snow is just one of the many beautiful wonders that Christ has put hands on.

And then, when I awoke this morning, it was more vivid, the sparkles of pristine white flakes that had accumulated overnight.  It was beautiful, and I just had to take a snapshot.
