Second Day.
Days until summer ball: 9
I won’t be weighing myself everyday because I know how much weight fluctuates from day to day.
Yesterday was a good day. I didn’t have the second shake, as I wasn’t hungry until about 3.30pm (GMT) which was too close to dinner so I had two slices of pineapple instead. I did go for my run and found that 10 minutes was not long enough so I increased it to 15 minutes. Not much longer, but every little helps! I had the Moroccan chicken and cous-cous as I planned. By the end of the day I felt brilliant. I was not hungry, as i had anticipated and I had lots more energy in the evening, sitting up to play cards with my housemates rather than slobbing in front of the TV. I also slept much better than usual. I normally find it fairly easy to get to sleep but then wake up every hour or so. Last night I fell asleep almost straight away and didn’t wake up until about 11am. My partner taking up most of the bed and fidgeting all night didn’t even bother me!
As I said, I woke up at 11am, which is very late for me. I felt a bit tight when I got up so I’m thinking of changing my weight training tonight to yoga-inspired stretching. I will do the weight training tomorrow.
As soon as I got up, I did the second day’s workouts from both the flat stomach book and the hips and thighs book, as mentioned in my previous post. I wasn’t hungry enough for a shake so I had a fat free yoghurt and will have the shake for lunch. I haven’t planned dinner yet
I’m going out for my birthday tomorrow so am going shopping today for my outfit. This could go either way. I will probably find something I like which doesn’t look good on my newly large figure, like usual. Hopefully though I will find something that fits and suits my new shape.
As always, I would love to hear from anyone who is trying to lose weight too, or anybody who has already had success.
Take care.
