My name is David and I’ve been an addict for many years. I’ve been an addict since I was a kid. I’ve had all kind of addictions: video games, television, movies, junk food, alcohol, pornography, and drugs. I want to share with you how I was able to fight all my addictions and become addiction free. I will teach you how I replaced all my bad habits with positive habits such as exercise, healthy eating, and healthy relationships.

I will teach you how I learned to control my thoughts and my inner dialogue. The secret really lies in being able to control what you tell yourself, what you see in your mind, what you hear in your mind, what you feel in your body, and what you do with your body. If you can control your mind and your physiology, you can control yourself 100 % without any problem. I will teach you how to do that and you will become an expert at it. I promise you I will do my best to give you the best explanations I can and make the method as simple as possible for you.

I’m a firm believer in the principle that simple is better than complicated and that short is better than long. I don’t like blogs that are 30 pages long because I know I won’t read them till the end. I know you’re busy and you want to get results quickly. Therefore, I will make sure my explanations are clear and short. 

Let’s start this first session with the Law of Massive Action. The Law of Massive Action is very simple. It states that massive action will produce massive results. Therefore, if you want to produce new results in your life and change the way you behave, you need to take massive action. New actions will create new results, which leads to a change. If you keep repeating the new actions, you will keep producing the new results and a definite change will happen in the long run.

Decide right now that you will start taking new actions today. Take only 1 simple new action right now. If you want to stop overeating, decide right now to throw in the garbage all your junk food. If you want to start exercising, decide right now to go running or go for a walk or start doing push-ups. When you take action right now, you commit yourself to your goal and you’re on your way to success. If you want to start making more money, decide right now to take action to create a new business.

Consistent Action will produce results in your life. I can guarantee you will get new results in your life. That’s a law of nature. That’s the law of action and reaction. When you take action, it automatically creates a reaction. The reaction you get is a result. It can be positive (success) or negative (failure). Either way, it is positive because it tells you if you’re going in the right direction. If you get a success, keep doing what you’re doing. If you get a failure, use the information to modify your strategy and keep taking action. A failure tells you that your strategy did not work. Modify your strategy and keep taking massive action. Success will come more quickly that you can imagine.
