Lately I’ve been going on drives to help relieve stress and any pains that I have. As I was driving, I was looking at the sky and pulled over for a moment to look at it. As I was admiring the clouds, the words that the week of prayer speaker has been telling us today and yesterday kept running through my head. I was thinking about what he said, about God not making mistakes. he quotes “that when we look out ourselves, how can we say we are ugly? or how can we say that we are stupid, or that we have so many imperfections? God is perfect and he makes NO mistakes”. I was admiring everything that was gazing at. I started to drive again i was heading towards the rain clouds, and the rain started to drip, then hit harder, then just pour. i turned off my stereo and just listened as i drove.

Lately I’ve kept God away from me, because I feel that the stresses and the pains that I’m having wont matter. I’ve realized that God has suffered those pains as well. When I go through pain so does God, he experiences it with me. Its amazing how it all works out. No matter what, no matter how strong I think I am, that I can over come what I’m going through, I need God. And I’m not as strong unless I have him.

I hope that everyone who gets a chance, will listen durring this week of prayer. Sure the speaker may crack jokes, but he goes way deeper then those jokes do.
