Have you ever felt lazy when you woke up and it’s raining? Have you done something to overcome the morning sickness you have?

A not so very nice ordeal to start your day is when it’s raining outside (but a good ambiance for romance though,) when you woke up. A type of rain that seems endless and doesn’t want to stop. The chill of the early morning and the cold wind blown by the rain prevents you from waking up the usual way. When the cold breeze touches your skin, you’re frozen, it makes you paralyze, unable to move. It makes you hug your pillow a little more tighter when the cold air bumps on you. What could you possibly do to get away from this invading forces of laziness and a feeling of being absent for the day.

I my self experience this a lot because we live in a tropical country. I start my day with a long and hard stretch almost crushing my bones, ha ha ha, just kidding. I take a deep breath and release it into the air via a big yawn. Somehow it will turn a bit part of your area a little warmer to get you started. I prepare myself a cup of coffee or any hot drinks to keep my tummy warm and not to upset my stomach when a cold air strikes me there. Ones you felt warm inside, shake a little bit of those arms and legs for your blood to even the circulation, and for those nerves to be awake before you hit the shower.

When you get in to your daily routine, you won’t realize the time past by and all of a sudden your off to work (I hope I’m not late). Take care and have a good day!
