Today is my 1st Anniversary with Triond!
Don’t we make an adorable couple?

Holy smokes! I cannot believe it has been one year since I joined Triond.
Ok old cliche coming… Wow! Time flies!
It does not feel like it has been one year. My first article Life with M Feb 24, 2010 has 85 views and earned $0.17 No not that much but that’s ok.
Ironically I just updated it a few days ago. A lot has happened in that one year and yet not much at the same time. Sadly a lot of it has been bad but not all.
My baby (who has been through a life scare the past month) became engaged last December to her boyfriend of 4 years. So at this time next year I will be crazy in mid-wedding plans. No goal for me next year other than to keep my head on straight. Ha ha!
My eldest baby is having a great time at school learning and becoming an artist as I knew she always would.
I have made a lot of great friends here in Triond. A lot of loyal friends as well.
That is actually how I started with Triond. A friend of mine Mary Pat Gallant started me with Triond.
She had been writing for some time with Triond and said I should join. Finally I decided to give it a try. Another of my friends Bonnie T is also with Triond through Mary. I know both these friends personally and have for years.
Unfortunately I did not sign up properly under Mary and therefore she does not receive a % from my work. I regret that. Mary is becoming a writer in here own right. She has co-published a book with her writing group of which I own a copy. She is also working on a book on her own.
I would love to be a published author. It is my dream and my goal to one day complete a book. I have started quite a few but always get to a stuck point and cannot find the middle though I usually know the ending.
For now I am very happy to be published through Triond. I enjoy researching for my articles and getting feedback from my family and friends and from people I do not know.
I have had some widely viewed articles and some not so viewed articles. I know that is the way it goes sometimes. We all have our hit and misses and sometimes the ones we think will be a big success turn out to be a dud.
Thank you all for hanging with me the past year through my ups and downs, my silly publications, my health issue publications and my family life publications.
The past year has been a roller coaster, something I hate to ride but with you I can make it to the end.

I’m on the right track.
