Whether it’s in business or in sports you will need to step one foot on hell to make any real progress.

Today one man changed my life while I was riding my bicycle. Do you want to hear the story?

I was riding my bicycle again just like I do almost everyday when I saw an old man riding his bicycle too. I thought he would not be too much of a threat to me. The problem is the old man was many times faster than I was! I tried to catch up with him and I could not do it. The race was 15 KM long and always climbing. If you ride your bicycle you see this is too much for most people. Today the temperatures were 30ºC and higher!

I was an average rider until I met this man. The challenge he proposed to me changed my bicycle life and my business life like you will notice from now on if you are following me here on Triond.

The race started and the man just disappeared. He was much better than me and I could quit if I wanted to or I could at least give all I got and then some more. I pick the second option and I gave my bicycle all I had with me and then some I didn’t too.

I felt the most horrible pain in my legs in my whole life. Even when I was very sick in the hospital I did not felt so much pain! My chest hurts just like if it was going to blow and my back even more! I was almost crying in pain but I still continued to do it. My friend, if this is what hell means then do everything you can to go to heaven because such amount of pain cannot be endured much longer!

While were were climbing I just realized that only pain means your body is changing for good and you know your body changes too fast! If you train flexibility you will be more flexible after just a few tries, body changes in real time to adapt to the environment around it!

I passed the man and even after passing the man I kept on pushing the pedals with all my strength, I could rest a bit and slow down but I kept on going the fastest I could.

The results was awesome. I won the race, my body changed so quickly that the return to home was faster than ever with no effort from my part.

I just leaned that to make any real progress you need to step on Hell and I tell you I can’t wait for the 6 AM alarm to make another visit to hell. Too bad I did not clock my timing today. I was so tired that for the first time I was really scared because I could not breath. Almost K.O. Almost fainting, but after a few minutes resting I tell you nothing feels so good.

God hides the most precious treasures under the heaviest rock and you need to make the most effort to lift it up to get the bag of gold!
