I know it’s been a few days since I’ve written anything.  I’m really sorry and I will get back to the poetry I love very soon.  The past few days have been crazy.  Work has been busy as well as everything else in my life.  However, I’m excited to tell everyone that my wife is expecting our first child.  I can’t even begin to express how happy I am that she’s pregnant.  It was only a few months ago when a doctor told her that she had a very slim chance of getting pregnant.  She has a benign tumor of the pituitary gland and it’s affected her body in a lot of ways.  If you don’t know what the pituitary gland is, it’s the gland in the brain that controls all of your body’s hormones.  There is some good news though.  Now that she’s pregnant, everything should level out perfectly.  So once she has the baby, the tumor should be gone and she’ll be normal.  Regardless, we’re both very happy that we’re going to be parents.  God is awesome.  That seems like a good place to end this article.
