I say generally because, aside from the fact that no one is perfectly nice, I can’t stand terrible writing. This is not to say that I am a terrific writer myself, not by a long shot. However, if someone was to post something on the internet that is so muddled grammatically and tragically misspelled that Shakespeare would cry inkwells of tears, well… That bothers me quite a bit.

The internet has become an dark abyss of shoddy translations and empty thoughts. Anybody with the slightest twinge of initiative can post their thoughts on world news, politics, and religion. They don’t have to say anything remotely intelligent or intelligible, but they can say it. And millions of people will eventually click on it to see it.

Well I am one of those people, and I may not have anything particularly riveting or interesting to say, but this the internet so I can say it. And if you feel compelled to write something on here and I feel compelled to critique it, we are just exercising our rights and should be able to get along fine. Let us all try to be generally nice people.
