We all need to know who we are, it is better to start now, than wait until we are older.

We all seek to find ourselves; the only problem is many don’t know what or who they are looking for. The proper way to start this journey is slowly; there is no rush, there is no hurry; it a time when you sit back, or think back over your life. We look at the bad the good, the happy and sad; and try to pinpoint where we were emotionally at that very moment. It is not very easy, and that is why I say it takes time.
Life is learning experience each step of the way, from birth to the end; therefore we must be open to new ideas and our surrounding. Instead of anger seek an answer, understand what angered you and why. Then wonder if you can counter act the emotion, instead of anger, become “logical”. Do the very same thing when you are extremely angry or irritated, and perhaps write down how you’re feeling; why you felt that way, and how can you logically turn it around.
When we happy, or excited what caused to this happiness or who helped create this circle of excitement. In life every action has a reaction (Mary Poppins), and you must learn to see the actions and the reactions of yourself or those around you.
We must always remember there is energy circling us individually as well as a part of the whole entire universe. While the energy flowing can be positive, there is always a negative balance, whether we draw it upon our self, or it is taken by the attitudes of those around us. It is up to you, to start your inward journey.
Spend a few days thinking about your life, who has made you happy; what has angered you, who or what are some of things that you have traveled through. As I mentioned earlier it takes a long time to find our self and where we fit happily, but it is an inward journey where you may find things that even you don’t like about yourself; don’t be alarmed this is who we are. These are the things that made us and we travel this journey called life.
