Everything seems different. It’s like looking through a different coloured window. Life seems suddenly a lot less stressful. As all the songs play through my head, I’m no longer the cheap, broke student. I become a high flying executive or a famous TV star. The power of music makes me feel stronger. Helps me see life in a way I never did before. I get the courage to stand tall and walk with my head up high. The music bangs on in my head and every second i feel more and more confident in myself. Does anyone else out there feel this way?

 I sit on the train on my way to college, all the while listening to Jordan Sparks, Ne-yo, Ozzy, K’millian. Their words pierce my soul. They provide the platform for my ambition. It’s all in the music. Amazing. Can anyone else hear it? My step changes as I walk from point A to point B. My head subtly bops to the beat. Music’s taken over my mind. It follows me everywhere I go. Only I understand how it makes me feel. All my thoughts expressed by the vocals of these great musicians. I maybe soaring, I may be low, I may be confused. Whatever the mood or dilemma, there’s a song for my heart’s desire. It’s all in the music. These beats that follow me through and through. No longer is music confined to my living room.
