This year, my new year’s resolution is to eat healthy and exercise more. In order to do this, my friends and I started to go to the gym. We went to the nurse and got a yellow card so that we can join the weight room in school. We only started to go this week but it is actually fun. I did not think exercising could be fun but because I am doing it with my friends it is fun. We help each other and we support each other. I learned how to use different machines and what to do to stay healthy. My friends and I went to the weight room three times this week and I already feel good. After working out, I feel fresh and energized to do other things. I do not feel so tired when I do my homework. I also started to eat more healthy food. I eat cereal that does not have so much sugar and I started to eat more fruits. I also started to eat wheat bread instead of white bread. Even though I am changing my eating habits by a little, it will pay off in the end. I like being healthy and staying fit.

Este año, la resolución de mi año nuevo es de comer sano y ejercitar más. Para hacer esto, mis amigos y yo comenzaron a ir al gimnasio. Fuimos a la enfermera y conseguimos una tarjeta amarilla para que podamos unir el cuarto de peso en la escuela. Nosotros sólo comenzamos a ir esta semana pero es realmente divertido. Yo no pensé ejercitar podría ser divertido pero porque yo lo hago con mis amigos es divertido. Ayudamos uno al otro y nosotros apoyamos uno al otro. Aprendí a cómo utilizar máquinas diferentes y lo que hacer para permanecer sano. Mis amigos y yo fueron al cuarto de peso tres veces esta semana y yo ya me siento bien. Después de que trabajar fuera, yo me sienta fresco y vigorizara hacer otras cosas. Yo no me siento tan se cansó cuando hago mis deberes. Yo también comencé a comer alimento más sano. Como cereal que no tiene tanto azúcar y yo comencé a comer más frutas. Yo también comencé a comer pan de trigo en vez de pan blanco. Aunque cambie mis hábitos que comen por un pequeño, saldarán al fin. Quiero ser sano y que permanece queda.
