I’ve in a small town in Nebraska, where the law enforcement officers don’t care about crime unless you’re bleeding or the is a theft from a big business that affects the community. I know they got alot on their plate but they barely stop speeders or drunk drivers. I’ve seen one or two a week that the cop is right behind and the officer doesn’t do anything. I’m sure there are on or two officers that do something but one or two is not enough. I’ve had experience in the private law enforcement sector and I’ve never seen a city with a police force that ignores crime. What are your thoughts on this?
