As we wave good bye to year 2009 and welcoming year 2010. I am making my New Year’s resolution for the first time.

Year 2009 will be ended in just a matter of hours from now.  Another decade has passed us by. Everyone is prepared and set to welcome the brand new year 2010.

People around us have already made arrangements well before hand for a get together with family and friends, or join in functions around the towns, waiting for the moment to count down…to celebrate and welcome the brand new year.

Have you got the tendency of making new year resolutions of what you are going to achieve in the new year or you are more incline to reflect on what you have achieved in year 2009? Or both?

If you are making a new year resolution then better be an achievable one as it would be unrealistic trying to reach the impossibles, you would ended up getting frustrated and dropping the idea altogether along the way.

To be honest, I do not normally make any new year resolution nor reflect on my achievements in the past years, however, in hope for a better live that I have been chasing for, I am willing to break the norm to make my new year resolution for the first time.   I would like to share my resolutions with my Triond’s friends here so please give me your cheers and supports.

My new year’s resolutions:

  1. To be able to become a WAHM (work at home mum) with a stable source of income from the things that I love to do (writing and baking) so that I am able to spend more quality time with my family.
  2. To be good at writing and baking so that I can achieve resolution no.1 above.
  3. To achieve good return on property investments.
  4. To purchase a house of our choice which we could finally call it home.
  5. To improve my family member’s health
  6. To be able to extend my helping hands and support to my better half’s businesses to further accelerate successes.
  7. To make an enjoyble overseas holiday trip as a family for the first time.
  8. To read at least 10 books of my choice.

I strongly believe that these are achievable. I pray and ask God for His blessings to grant me my wishes in year 2010.

Agnes, your wishes will come true!
My resolution a lot.. not that I’m greedy but I want not only myself, but those around me, to fulfil them..they are as follows :
peace on earth, healthy and fit, aging process slow down, enough to spend, safe, work or study no stress, slim figures and toned muscles etc…ha ha ha..

I think those resolutions are quite achievable. I am hopeless. I have already broken the one I made last night, but I will try again tomorrow. I don’t give up that easily.
