Finally warming up in Manitoba.
The weather for the past 4 or 5 months has been cold cold, and more cold. And lots of snow! But now that its is warming up at the end of april finally, some of us are wishing that it wasnt. we are suffering from major flood damage. the red river has crested, until it begins to rain. we wish that all this horrible crap would end.
