I am a 40 year old college student that has a 3.8 GPA. Now I have to pay $815.00 in court costs, have a restricted lisence for 6 months, and attend drug treatment at $10.00 per individual meeting and $5.00 per group meeting. All this over one joint. I don't drink or do other drugs yet I have to go thru this. I don't get in fights or cause trouble, yet I have to go thru this. I don't get it.
