Giving the cleanse another go.
Dear readers,
If you are an avid reader of my work on here, you may recall that I started the cleanse then gave up on the second day. I was not there for it mentally, and I just had to quit. So, in much dismay, I am here to say starting Monday I am going to give the cleanse another try.
This time around things are going to be different. I have researched a bit more on it and watched videos of other people doing the cleanse and succeeding and I am going to take in to consideration the tips they gave.
Drink lots of water and 8-10 glasses a day of the lemonade. Now my plan is to just drink as much as I can up to the 10. If its one glass, then its one glass. When I get hungry, just drink the lemonade or water. I also am going to start working out again. I hope by the time I am done with the cleanse I will be more apt to eat healthy foods so I continue to lose weight.
My weight loss goal for the cleanse is 20 pounds if I only do it for the ten days, if I do it for the 40, I would say maybe around 50. Sure that may not sound very healthy but I have 100 to lose altogether.
I will try to update as often as possible, and perhaps inspire others to try the cleanse.
