Unbearable loss when fear killed your dreams.

You loved me so much you said of my dreams,

stay on the pathway most travel upon, forget

that great frontier your individuality.

But I am not afraid- my dreams survive.

And I could feel no more deprivation.

than to live in the gruesome shackles of this fear,

while my soul cries out in hopeless desperation.

For the freedom to simply be,

I understand that your questioning me,

is simply your protectiveness of me.

And I am sorry to have no apology,

for what I am- my individuality.
