My story on the many ways I decided to explore in order to earn some dough.

Being out of work in this struggling economy I thought maybe I just need to be more creative in my quest for cash. I began by doing what I do best, surfing the net. You see, I figured I spend so much of my free time on-line I should get paid for it or if nothing else just find a new way to pick up some cash with relatively little work. My first big finds were clicking on ads for cash and taking surveys. Both of which are indeed reputable ways to earn some money but the problem is you have to take eighty seven surveys or click on nine hundred and seventy-five ads to earn a whole twenty cents. In other words at this rate I might gather enough for a whopping check of twenty-five dollars in about three years. After this stunning realization I decided I would take a little break from these and search form something else.

Once I was back on my quest to find the big bills I discovered  product testing. This didn’t earn me any money, only points for things but hey who can complain when your broke. Plus, on the bright side I got credit for giving my opinions on things I already used on a regular basis. And amazingly enough whenever I would tell my mom I needed something it would magically appear as a testing product. The first thing I got was a box of cereal. It wasn’t my favorite brand but hey it was free!!! You can’t be picky when it’s free. Then came the Chex mix, and muffin mix biscuits, and a few other foods, DVDs for new shows and so on. Then, one day I began telling my mom about how I really needed to get some carpet cleaner cause my floor was looking like I let my mechanic fix my oil leak on it. And guess what happened… BAM!!! Two days later I got a bottle (or can, whatever you wanna call it) of carpet cleaner. I thought to myself this is awesome! I am getting everything I need/ want, maybe if I concentrate on something else that I really want then maybe, just maybe I might get i When the next product I received was mouth wash and not the car I hoped for I decided maybe I should refocus and continue on my crusade on finding the ultimate way to being rich; or at least another way to earn money.

Haha great article – you are truly an enterprising individual!!! Maybe you could sell a kidney? I bet the value of those on the black market is super high, and you really only need one, right? That’s like you have 10,000 dollars sitting in you, just waiting to be taken out…oh, and I added you as a friend, I enjoy your work.
