Sorry this isn’t a story about how some horrible monsters came and ate my family. What I am talking about is Night terrors which is a condition that causes you to have terrible nightmares that you can’t wake up from. Night terrors can vary greatly some cause sleep paralysis to full on hallucinations. I have only experienced sleep paralysis once and it was on a road trip we had stoped and my parents were getting out of the car and i could see them but my body would not budge an inch this only lasted about a minute and stoped once i closed my eyes and then reopened them and i was fine. I also have noticed that i sleep walk alot and have even had a argument with my parents while asleep and let me tell you waking up to being having your parents mad at you is not good especially when your trying to figure out how you got in the kitchen. Most of my family is had about the same happen to them except for my brother,but before i go into more detail i think you should know that some night terrors can cause your body to move on its own. Once when we were at a motel my father woke up to my brother runing around on all fours running around and around the motel he had no choice but to tackle my brother and hold him to the ground until he woke up. Then on another night i woke up to the most horrific scream i had ever heard i can’t even put into words how bone curtling it was ,and then i i hear my parents run into my brothers room and the screaming stoped the banshee scream that sounded unhuman was my brother i didn’t sleep for several hours after that. I ‘ve only asked him once what he was dreaming about when he had a night terror ,and his answer kind of frightened  me. He said that he was in some kind of jail and their was a man and my brother had no control over his body and in the dream he was murdering the man with a knife ,and ripping his skin off of the man. I have to admit that for the next couple days i was scared my brother was a serial murderer ,but i also felt sorry for him constantly having to go through these nightmares without being able to make them stop.
