A journal on my 40 days Okinawa Diet. A diet which originated in Japan, where I can only have veggies and no meat.

Hear this! I am on to my second day, err should I say third day? Uhmm.. although I started counting yesterday, I started to cut my food intake last Sunday yet. It’s 11:40PM and I am moving on to the next day, but before the day ends, lemme tell you what today was about.

Day 2:

I didn’t wake up early today I was supposed to. I have to bring my mother to have a lab test. Anyway, I was in a hurry to take my shower so I was not able to have my breakfast. That’s alright, I was not hungry anyway. We got back round lunch time. Are you ready?! This I have to tell you. Please don’t get frightened nor get mad, I am only human born to make mistakes. I had a MEAL. And when I say a MEAL that would mean, a cup of rice. 2 pieces of chicken, some soup, a fish, 2 slices of bread with butter, and a cup of coffee complete with a creamer and sugar. 

Now breathe! I had tea at the office. Didn’t eat nor had that chocolate I brought with me. 

I went home a little earlier than expected. And, temptations are just around the corner. I am guilty. I ate. Do I still need to tell you what I had? Oh well, I had already much. A bit of chicken, fish, and some carrot cake. 

But anyway, though I had a plateful of food tonight. I am doing my best to lose and lose these fats before my niece’s birthday comes. I am wearing that gown aight! ;)
