A journal on my 40-days Okinawa Diet. A diet which originated in Japan, where I can only have veggies and no meat.
I am on to my second week of my so called ‘Okinawa Diet’, along with the ‘Tahitian Hip Hop Workout’. Looking at my Guinea Pigs last night, how I wish I could be like them. I mean, I don’t want to be a Guinea Pig alright, I just like to eat like them. They eat only fresh veggies.
Day 10:
I may have eaten meat and fats and more fats these past days, I am hopeless! Sheesh! I only have 30 more days to go to lose these belly. I am hoping and I really am. I know Japanese would get mad at me right now, this Okinawa diet is supposed to be an all veggie diet. Phew! This is a tough diet. But you know what has changed? I eat like the Japanese do. Everytime there’s something in my mouth, I don’t wait for me to be full. I stop when I know that I have “eaten”, if you know what I mean.
I will keep you posted on this 40 day Okinawa Diet I am having.
