A journal on my 40 days Okinawa Diet. A diet which originated in Japan, where I can only have veggies and no meat.

My niece will be celebrating her 18th birthday next month. When I saw the invitation letters, dress code says, female guests should be wearing either a dress or a gown. I was really in panic! This means I only have a month to lose those unwanted fats in my body. I wanted you to keep track and keep me company as I begin my Okinawa diet. 

Day 1:

I believe I have completed the day without eating too much. Though I have eaten some meat, such as fish and a tiny bit of pork, I ate more on veggies and fruits. They say when you’re in the process of losing weight, you have to talk with people so you’d be controlled. I am really serious with this diet and this time, I wanted you to witness my transformation and I know I will, I am determined I will lose weight. Veggies! Veggies! Veggies! I have to enjoy eating ‘em one by one. I was refreshed yesterday, totally refreshed and I am doing things right. 

My breakfast ~ I had some veggies, small amount of pork and fish. I am guilty! I know. While My Lunch ~ was the same as what i had for breakfast. Fried bananas for My Dinner. And more tea.. tea.. green tea.
