I copy My Dad.

My dad done this and I have continued to this day.

So easy yet so good for you

we all know how garlic is a natural antibiotic

Parsley is full of vitamin K,C,and is a well known breath freshener..

Spring onion.

Take these three item’s ,any amount

Garlic/Parsley/spring onion

Cut all up very finely

mix together

There you have it.

It will keep in the fridge for ages sealed.

Ideal for a sprinkle on spuds

meat,  just not ice cream.Ha ha

I to some times

add

tomatoes,

a dash of olive oil and lime juice …

Baked /Roasted Garlic

which I like so much.

awesome spread for toast

or as a side on your plate

Cut top tail off garlic

dash a bit of olive oil

pepper /salt open top.

wrap in tin foil

bake in hot oven

3/4 of an hour

wait till cooled

squeeze from bottom ,all oozes out.

Garlic helps lower down blood pressure. Some of my naughty classmates before would put a few garlic heads on their armpit and after 15 minutes they will go to our teacher and say that they’re sick with fever and if you do touch them they’re really hot and they are then sent to the school clinic but of course they go somewhere else when they find the class boring. Garlic can also increase body temp…
