I thought for the longest time that I put this behind me and move on, till I received that call! I have been a long time customer with this cellular company. Five months into the contract, they finally corrected their problems, so I thought! A few months later, history repeated itself! At this point, I am really irritated with all the phone calls which I had to make after a long day with customers on the phone myself! I am a customer service representative too! I am on the other side of the table and I understand what their job is like. I am a reasonable person and at this point, I am losing my patience with the company! Many calls and another letter to the CEO later, they thought that they straightened things out!

A few months ago, about a year and a half into the contract, same things happened again! Like the first time and the second time, I called and explained the situation again for the hundredth time! The representative who was helping me, raised his voice. After I confronted him, he tried to tell me that he cannot find any record regarding the conversations between the other representatives and me! I had enough with the company. I told him that I wanted to speak with Jamie whom I spoke with before but of course, he cannot connect me with her!

A few days later, the representative called me and said, ” Ms. Chan, I can go ahead and credit your account but I need your permission to sign another two years with the company. ” At that point, I am losing it! I said, ” Look! I am here to ask you to correct the problem, not to give me another problem! Are you not getting it?” This guy thought that I was stupid enough to sign another contract. He was so wrong! I replied to him, ” I do not want to sign another contract with your company for another two years, not even if you can offer it to me for free!” To top the story, the company recently called me so many times till I picked up the phone. I finally picked it up and a nice voice came on. The representative said, ” This is just a courtesy call to see if everything is working okay, Ms. Chan.” I said to this representative,” No, everything is not okay but don’t ask me to repeat it for the hundredth times. I don’t want to repeat myself again. Please read all the notes in m account and if you have any questions, then call me.” That poor girl whom had no idea what happened with my bad experiences with the company, had to call me without any knowledge of that. Needless to say, I never heard from her again! I am counting down my days! It will be over next month with the contract! Hope my nightmare will end. What came to my mind is, ” Do not resuscitate!!!!!!” The moral of the story is, a bargain is not a bargain! Sometimes it is best to cut your lost than to deal with someone else’s mistakes!
