Not A Poem, Just ramblings….

As of today I am 235 days smoke free.life is better, the cough I had that I said wasn’t from the cigarettes  is gone, Food taste better, My clothes smell better. Not to mention the fact that my teeth are whiter and the yellow from smoke is gone. (been white since I had them cleaned) But I won’t preach the importance of quitting, because I know how hard it is and the addiction that nicotine has on us, All I will say is quitting is just something we all need to experiance  at least once ourselves , But a couple days won’t do it you have to give it a chance, quitting is something we can’t do alone but nagging about it will only make the smoker smoke twice as much,( A Person can help with encouragement, Like your doing great, I’m so proud of you or just letting them vent without getting mad or starting an argument) But most important DON’T EVER try to quite for someone else. When you quite do it for YOURSELF, Because YOU are worth it. :D

P.S. For all those trying, hang in there it gets  easier by the day. I quite cold turkey, GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL!! If you need help let me know I have a good ear and can give encouragement. :)

Definitely not an easy task. Great that you are here to give encouragement to those who may need that little extra push to quit.

I always say that I’ll quit one day, I think I’ll make it my new years resolution. That gives me a chance to get a lot of quality smoking time in before I give it up, lol. Thanks for reminding us smokers that we need to quit.
