Thanksgiving Dinner 2009.

So, I realized recently that I am somewhat of a minority. Stuck between generations in a way. Well, as far as being around close family anyway. There are the little kids, the teens, me at age 25, then siblings and pseudo siblings in their thirties, and then the parents etc… I’m young enough to not socially be in the same generation as my older siblings, and obviously too old to be in the same generation as the teens. So… what do I do? Use lots of humor to battle awkwardness, stare at the big tv like it’s the most magical thing I’ve ever seen, try not to seem desperate for face to face communication, and text my best friend and my boyfriend almost constantly so that I’m in touch with my own generation in at least some way.
