Running away isn't the answer. But Communication is. With the voice of experience you should go on tour and speak to teens that are out of control and tell them about your experiences. Sadly I got an email from a British mum who told me they had found their daughter hanging in the woods and would I tell our mutual friends, the girl was 15yrs old, beautiful but one silly moment destroyed her control and parents lives.
