Ok, well, first of all, let me tell you that taking a break from my writing was a really hard choice. But, due to many roadblocks in my life recently, it was kind of mandatory.

I’ve been having a real bad case of Writer’s Block. I don’t know why, but I do know that I am, slowly, getting out of it. So, what’s the best way to get out of Writer’s Block? To write, of course! So, I decided to come back on Triond and keep up my writing. Not only for my readers, but for me. Writing is one of the few ways that I have to express myself, empty out those bottled up emotions and feelings.

Another reason I’ve been off is that, well, school started! Yeah! 8th grade, baby! This year, I’m trying to keep up my grades, and not focus so much on writing on Triond. Yes, I will continue to post, but I won’t write in class

Also, I’ve been taking some time to read. Like they say, a good writer reads, or whatever. So, I’m re-reading some of the books I’ve read in the past, this time, not only for entertainment, but to grasp the author’s tone, how they say things, etc, to help me become a better writer.

Oh, and guess what? I just bought my own laptop, with my own money! I’m so proud of myself!! I earned the money myself, selling my old stuff. So, that will make it that much easier to post on here now.

To tell you the truth, I’m glad I took a break, because, now, I actually want to write, instead of forcing myself to.
