This view to the North, taken while standing on the Seal Rock State Park trail just off hwy 101, captures the rocks shattering the Pacific’s pounding waves into refreshingly cool Summer mists that shower the trail and beach nearby.

I came across this place one weekend while on an outing with a close friend during the Summer in early August of 2008. We were out to find nearby hiking viewpoints for photographing. We thought this to be an attractive viewpoint within easy walking distance of the parking area. This photo was taken with an Olympus SP510UZ camera.
