I wrote this a long long time ago, yet I will love to share it.

Although seventh grade is bound to be thrilling and filled with fun, there are setbacks to going to seventh grade. For one thing, I will most probably be going to a new district, away from Arlington. I will miss all my friends at school and out of school in Arlington.

Another thing is that I will miss the good ol’ times in Swift. The red light is one thing I may not miss, but the playground, teachers, and courtyard are things I will.

As the spring brings colors to trees after winter, Swift has brought many aspects to my life. Swift has created an artist, a sportsman, and musician inside me, and I am very delighted to be a member of this supreme school.

I have been in Swift since January of Pre-K when I came from India. I sometimes refer to it as my second home, because I am there about half the time I am awake. Some of my favorite things I have done in swift are making the 5th grade Battle of the Books team, winning the 2007 Spelling Bee, and taking pride in all I do!

Above all Swift has made me a balanced young man, who is ready to soar to Junior High and beyond.
