Straight forward interview I thought. Straight forward my back tooth. I was left wondering if I was being interviewed for a Project Analyst role of a call girl. The first question I was asked was ‘ What do you enjoy doing?’ What type of question is that? Did he mean what I enjoy doing at work or in my free time?  I have been on a lot of interviews in my time but this one was surely bizarre. He ended up drawing a diagram and said I’ve read your CV, but I don’t get you, where do you fit in this diagram?  I was thinking ‘ what makes you think I fit or even want to fit in with your stupid diagram ‘.

This is the first time I have been left wondering did I do well in that interview or not. I guess I will know if I am called back for a second interview. My closing comment is this; People have an idea the types of questions you want to ask. Identify what you want to learnt about the person before inviting them for an interview. Simples!
