Will the recession slow us in the future?

i will be graduating college soon and i have one main concern, how will i get a job? right now out in the real world its almost impossible to get a job, let alone in the industry and position you have a degree for. Most people are settling for lower position or alternative and unrelated jobs to what they are familiar with. I can only wonder how this will affect the future. The recession is slowing our ability to gain experience in what our choice of fields are, thus slowing the career process all together. how long will it even be until the economy is stable again and what will the future hold with a world of stunted career growth? will our CEOs be fit to run the companies of the future with a late start?

I agree with your their mate, graduates are going to think of alternatives immediately. I think they will be in for more of a shock upon graduation because I don’t think the majority have even realised their delicate position.
