Laws and regulations and what’s suitable for the world to know. What’s allowed and not allowed.
Hi, I am here to tell you a little story that just happens to be true but the identity I will not revise.
My brother has spent most of his life either in jail or prison, nothing real major, just plain immaturity. When he was fairly young, still in high school he got caught stealing from a liquor store. It was only obvious because he had all the liquor stuffed in his clothing and the cops caught him walking down the street. I know not very smart of him was it! As he got older, my brother John seem to find more and more trouble. He moved up from stealing to the drug and alcohol scene. John would constantly party so hard he was always under the influence of narcotics and alcohol. John actually lost his license before he was ever able to get them. He has spent plenty of time at the county jails and state prison. When he would get out it was like he was institutionalized and John would do something stupid to get himself thrown back in the slammer. John lost his wife and children over the whole ordeal. Last time John got out of prison, he was already in his late forties. The state of California decided to put him living in the wrong county and got him for violation of probation. He tried to straighten it out but California seemed confused about the matter and wouldn’t change it. So John decided to hop on a bus and come to North Dakota, to start a new life. John found a great job and was living comfortable. Then one night decided to go out with some buddies and had a little to much to drink. Of course to proud to take a taxi and drove himself. On his way home John decided he was hungry and stopped at McDonald’s for a bite. He was real mouthy with the drive Thu person and the lady realized he was drunk. So she parked him to wait for his food and called the Bismarck police. The police pulled behind him and John flipped the car in reverse and ran right in to the squad car. Not only did he get reckless endangerment but also a DUI and obstructing a police officer. Of course back to the slammer he went. John served his time here in Bismarck, North Dakota but now he is being expedited back to California to go back to the State Pen. I know you would of thought he would of learned by now but some people never do. What a shame!
