Here are a few of my memories of 2010.

2010 was quite an unforgettable year.

That might sound like a good thing but it’s not.

In January my children & I were hospitalized with the Norwalk Virus.

In March I found out my Mum’s cancer had increased.

In May I had a mammogram and was told that my cyst was larger and needed a biopsy.

The next many weeks were terrifying waiting for results.

In July I had my biopsy scheduled leaving another many weeks of worry and stress.

In September my youngest decided to move out on her own – a very sad time for me.

In October I had my biopsy. If I had any idea how horrid it would look I would never have done it.

In November, while my Mum was going through radiation, I finally received some good news… I did not have cancer.

Unfortunately the incision became badly infected and I ended up very ill back in hospital.

In December my husband and I came down with a terrible flu. I missed Christmas again this year. Thankfully our daughters didn’t get it this time. Asthma is terrible & we are now on 3 types of meds to clear it from our bodies.

Image by Author – These are the meds I take every day 46 in total.

I can only pray that 2011 is better. Life has never been great

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

All the best in 2011!

Nina, I hope you have a much better year in 2011. You deserve it after a tough 2010. One good thing in 2011 is that I have you as a friend.
