Firstly, a basic description is that To Write love on her arms is an American non-profit organisation which wants to help find hope for people suffering with problems such as drug addiction, depression, self-injury and suicide. TWLOHA aims to provide help for these treatable conditions.

The cause has over 230,000 fans on facebook but needs more, join and help people learn about this important cause!!

It was founded in march 2006 by Jamie Tworkowski. The cause was created because of a story written by Jamie about a girl who struggled with depression, addiction, self injury and attempted suicide. The story follows her life 5 days before she is entered into treatment. Unable to get her checked into treatment her friends give her moral support and help her through it.

To raise money for the cause there are t-shirts, hoodies, hats, bags, necklaces, badges and more.
